This notice explains how Explico Pte. Ltd. ("Explico", "we") handles personal data submitted through singapore-maths.com, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

What we collect

When you complete a form, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, country, and, where you choose to give them, your phone or WhatsApp number, school name, role, your child's grade and your message. We do not ask for your child's name.

How we use it

• To respond to your request, such as sending a sample chapter, a walkthrough video or demo access.
• To follow up about Explico's Singapore Maths, where you have agreed to be contacted.
• To improve our website and services.

We do not sell your personal data.

Sharing

We may share your details with service providers who help us run this website and respond to requests, such as hosting and email providers, and with our authorised distribution partners in your country where that is needed to serve your request. They may only use the data for that purpose.

Retention

We keep enquiry data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes above, or as required by law.
